Training and Development

The Childcare Corporation is committed to and encourages the professional development and training of all employees offering a wide range of opportunities to enable progression and the development of professional expertise.

Within each nursery there is the opportunity for vocational development with the local Early Years partnership, we ensure that all the mandatory courses are sourced and funded in order to maintain our high standards.

As a reputable employer we recognise that staff should be given the opportunities to develop and progress. In-house training focussing on important aspects of job roles such as leadership and communication skills are available for all nursery staff.

As an organisation who believes in the importance of ongoing training and development, we continually review our training courses in line with new initiatives and requirements.
